Sell or install

I won this item https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/vhs7z-16c900-a.html at a store in NY. I'm not sure if I would like to try to install this or just sell brand new with a lower price

Any thoughts? I'm prefer a minimalist design that's why I'm uncertain of using this item.
