New member with a clunk of a question

Hi.

I was searching the internet trying to see if there were any other fusion owners who had experienced a clunky grinding sound when driving their fusion in reverse when I came across this forum. So, has any other fusion owners had the same problem? If so did they get it diagnosed? My car is a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium, Automatic

I know there are some transmission issues with the Fusion, especially with the PCM. If your car is still under warranty I would suggest taking it in. The TCM or Transmission Control Module in the PCM is pretty pricey to repair. The clunk noise that your hearing is possibly the delay in shifting which causes hard shifts.
