2010 Ford Fusion SE

2010 Fusion SE 2.5L. Occasionally, the engine will not start. The dash indicators are not lit up. Sometimes it will make a "clicking" sound. as well. If, I jerk the negative battery cable left then right, the dash indicators will light up and the car will start. I have cleaned the terminals, the battery wires, and made them tight.
