Fusion by Full-Race Motorsports

Full-Race Motorsports upgraded one of the Fusion SE’s four-cylinder turbocharged engines—the materials don’t say whether it’s the 1.5-, 1.6-, or 2.0-liter, although we’re guessing it’s the last one—to produce 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. (The 2.0-liter makes 240 horses and 270 lb-ft in factory trim.) The trick was pulled by supplanting the stock turbocharger with a throatier BorgWarner unit, and adding a cold-air intake and a new cat-back exhaust. A new leather interior was installed, while a body kit and new wheels impart a lowered stance. And given that the SE can’t be ordered with the frustrating MyFord Touch infotainment system—perhaps that’s why this one was used as the base—a seven-inch tablet running Android has been installed in the dash for all your distracted-driving needs.

Fusion by DSO Eyewear

What does an eyewear company have to do with the automotive aftermarket? Enough to become a regular title sponsor of custom Fords for SEMA. This year, DSO started with a top-trim Fusion Titanium, blacked out the thing, and installed gold and black 21-inch wheels. We dig the look, especially the blackout grille, which includes a tasteful 3dCarbon body kit. Inside, you’ll find gold accents, suede seat inserts, and an upgraded audio setup. The DSO Eyewear Fusion maintains the stock 2.0-liter EcoBoost four and six-speed automatic transmission, although with the addition of a water-methanol injection system and iQ ECU interface from Banks Power.

CGS Performance

CGS Performance Products painted a Ford Fusion in what the tuners describe as, "Henry Ford Model-A Black," with red accents and mirrors, and a 3dCarbon body kit added for good measure. Beneath the surface are a CGS performance intake and exhaust, a H&R performance suspension, 20-inch wheels, and sticky Pirelli P-Zero tires. Ford Racing leather interior upgrades accompany a built-in GoPro video camera.
