Help with Weatherstrip!

Hello,
I am helping my elderly neighbor sell his 2013 Fiesta.

The weatherstrip on the windshield cowl that attaches to the cowl and sits along the bottom of the windshield is damaged from the sun. A new cowl is about $175 which is too expensive for him to replace.

Is there a good aftermarket solution to replacing that seal that other owners have used and had luck with?

Salvage yards should have something like that for around $40 to $50 bucks. All models and years from 2011 to 2019 have the same wiper cowl parts. There's no shortage of used parts out there.
