Hate the Sync!

I want someone to seriously look into removing Microsoft and adding iOs instead.
MySync just really angers me, it is the only thing I hate about the car.
And when I took it to Ford they told me look for an update I did.
There is none.
Second time I went, they said well you have to delete all your music that has special
symbols on it. Ok but that doesn't fix how she doesn't understand when I say "Call MOM"
she goes "Call Dot on cell?" No MOM , then she says "Call Verizon?"
omg it is so fustrating. And yes she has my phonebook synced and dowloaded.
It will also shut off and not turn on , the screen goes black.
It will display crazy symbols, it will display the wrong song label.
Sometimes it won't let touch any buttons at all. It's quite funny now, because well I love
the car and the Sync is just annoying. LOL

Anyway I want it gone!

I noticed on the Edge there were no issues whatsoever, so what gives?

Anyone else have these problems?

This is my second car, and the third in the family with Sync w/ MFT and I have yet to have any significant issues. Every now and then Sync has issues hearing, but I attribute that to background noise.

Have you tried a hard reset?

I googled this and others have the same problem, not everyone, a few.

I did try that too. Nothing, same problems.

Sync seems very hit-or-miss. Lot of Focus owners complain of it. I don't, but I don't know if that's because I don't have any issues or if it's because I'm technologically incompetent...

So the latest it did, is just GO blank, black screen and will not even turn on. It has been happening more now.

Mine only does that when I'm using Nav and have no idea where I'm at. And I wish I was joking about that.
