UPDATE: I ran two trials one with the plug out and in. Tried to drive the same to keep it as close as possible. I will say it sounds great with the plug out. I didn't get the MPG improvements that I was hoping for. With that said I didn't get worse than before. I got slightly better with the plug out. I will run with the plug out from here on out.

Just a thought. My mountune CAI has a hose that runs from the bottom of the airbox down behind the fog light. The idea is that it's drawing real cold air from outside the engine bay. You might be able to do something similar with your airbox. Colder = denser = mo powah, baby!
Not a good pic, but you get the idea. IMG_0498.jpg

Yes, thanks for those pics - Real Nice Job!

Great Fit - and looks custom - as in a fit made, for your vehicle

Air Snorkel, PCV vent - even that strange grommeted "holder" on the front frame that held that air box - repurposed - very nice!

Where does the maf connects to?
I looks like it be a direct fit for my 2011
Thanks in advance
It all is basic plug and play. Take old box out and direct fit the new one. Hose run to the factory spots
